Boilers and heat exchangers require tubes that can withstand high temperatures, thermal cycling, and internal pressure. Wuxi Hengzhihui supplies seamless carbon steel tubes specifically designed for these applications, with outer diameters from 6mm to 256mm.

Common standards –

ASTM A179

– Seamless cold‑drawn low‑carbon steel tube for heat exchangers and condensers. Good ductility and uniform grain structure.

ASTM A192

– Seamless carbon steel tube for high‑pressure boilers (up to about 450°C). Higher strength than A179.

ASTM A210

– Medium carbon steel tube for superheaters and similar high‑temperature service.

Key properties – Tight wall thickness tolerance, smooth internal surface to minimize fouling, and ability to be bent or expanded into tube sheets.

Sizes we offer – OD 6–256mm, wall thickness 1–15mm, lengths up to 15m. We can also cut tubes to precise lengths for your fabrication.

Inspection – Hydrostatic test, eddy current or ultrasonic test, and hardness check available per standard.
