My Journey Started with OEM Manufacturing

Before founding Hengzhihui, I spent more than 16 years working in OEM die casting projects.

During this period, I worked closely with overseas customers, especially European customers, and Chinese manufacturing suppliers.

My role was not simply sales.

I was involved in the complete project process, including:

Understanding customer requirements
Reviewing technical information
Communicating with engineering teams
Coordinating with suppliers
Following production progress
Supporting quality improvement

After my OEM experience, I joined a German company's newly established China office.

The China office mainly supported purchasing activities for the German headquarters.

My responsibility was to coordinate sourcing and export operations between Chinese suppliers and the European parent company.

This experience gave me another perspective.

Previously, I mainly understood manufacturing projects from the supplier side.

Now I also understood the buyer's side.

My responsibilities included:

Working directly with a European headquarters helped me better understand international purchasing requirements.
